Who We are
Mental health difficulties can feel debilitating and isolating. At TWT, we provide support for clients’ experiencing Depression and Anxiety disorder, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). We openly and confidentially explore individual difficulties and the impact this has on their daily life.
We provide one-on-one support, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy interventions for clients presenting with psychological difficulties such as Depression, Procrastination, Perfectionism, Low Self Esteem, Panic disorder, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Specific Phobias, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (Excessive Worry) and Relational difficulties.
Tailored Sessions
We offer face-to-face and remote sessions (telephone/video conferencing).
We Are
Evidence Based
All our interventions are evidence based, following the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guideline for providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for common mental health disorders.
